what other attorneys have to say
I attended a full day NY Evidence training presented by Jaimee Nelsen. I was thoroughly impressed by her knowledge of the law, as well as her ability to make the information interesting and digestible to a diverse group of lawyers and legal support staff. Jaimee makes great use of Powerpoint to illustrate her point and provide context and examples, but does not rely heavily on her written materials. She is extremely smart, engaging, and informative, and I would recommend her trainings to anyone.

Ms. Nelson is a fantastic litigator, speaker, and educator. I have attended multiple Family Law trainings given by Ms. Nelson in the areas of child custody, child support, and evidence. Ms. Nelson is compelling presenter who is able to keep the audience fully engaged. Ms. Nelson's experience practicing law is evident when you attend one of her trainings. Aside from formal trainings, Ms. Nelson has helped me develop my litigation skills and substantive family law knowledge.

Jaimee was a guest lecturer in my Family Violence Litigation clinic seminar at Albany Law School. She did so once a semester since Fall 2021 and also moderated a panel comprising of jurists in Family/IDV courts in NYC. She was very knowledgeable and engaged the students quite well. They provided positive feedback and recommended she come back in future semesters. Jaimee is so well versed in all things family law and has practiced in various areas throughout her legal career. She makes an excellent educator, trainer and mentor.
